Mark founded 54 Digital in 2017 after three years client-side and a decade at large global media agencies including iProspect. He saw first-hand how the large agency model prioritises billing over performance — and built 54 Digital as a direct response.
Mark leads strategy and account management across all clients, and personally conducts every Google Ads audit. He has managed campaigns across e-commerce, B2B, and lead generation with particular depth in Shopping and Performance Max.

Libby specialises in integrated paid search and paid social — helping e-commerce brands reach new audiences beyond their existing customer base. Working at a senior level across all clients, she brings a wealth of expertise in paid search, Google Shopping, Performance Max, and feed optimisation.
She leads on paid social strategy and the integration between Google Ads and social channels, ensuring campaigns work together rather than in isolation.

Marzena brings deep experience in e-commerce PPC strategy and account architecture across a wide range of verticals, having previously led strategy at some of the UK’s largest agencies for household name brands. She’s been instrumental to 54 Digital’s growth since joining, specialising in building account structures that perform consistently over the long term.
She leads on campaign strategy, keyword architecture, and performance analysis — working closely with clients to align Google Ads activity with wider business objectives.
